ENTRANCE

HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE

24hrs before arriving to the event, you will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire confirming your eligibility for access. All attendees much complete the questionnaire and waiver. 

TEMPERATURE CHECKS AT ENTRANCE

Once staff have confirmed receipt of the questionnaire and liability waiver, a COVID Officer will take your temperature at the entrance by way of a touchless thermometer confirming a temperature under 100.4 degrees. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees, for the safety of all attendees and staff,  we will not be able to grant access.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

Of course! For the safety of yourself and others, masks are mandatory for all attendees at the Served Up event. Once you are seated in a socially distanced circle, you may remove your mask. If you need to get up for whatever reason, a mask is required. 

ON-SITE

SPACED SEATING

Guests will be seated only with their group at tables spread out throughout the floor.

CONTACTLESS EVENT

This event is completely touchless and cashless. You will be able to make purchases within our QR ordering system on your smartphone.

ON-SITE MEDIC

Within the event we will have a medical booth with trained medical staff on site for any immediate safety or health concerns. 

STAFF PPE

All Served Up event staff wear face coverings and gloves throughout all times of the event and within all points of interaction. Staff is trained on COVID safety protocol required by the CDC guidelines. 

360 SANITATION

Green Goo is supporting our sanitation efforts by donating 2oz hand sanitizer to all attendees. We also have a cleaning crew cleaning all areas, including bathrooms, throughout the event.
